Outstanding Performance Indicators: The system achieves a palletizing speed of up to 850 bags/hour, which is 3–5 times higher than manual labor; meanwhile, the placement accuracy of each bag is controlled within ±2 mm, ensuring neat and uniform pallet patterns and improving warehouse utilization.

Intelligent Error-Proofing Design: The automatic bagging and palletizing system is equipped with weight checkers and reject devices to automatically screen out underweight or overweight finished products at the packaging stage, ensuring outgoing quality from the source and avoiding customer complaints.
