SIHYDE Automation Equipment Co., Ltd.

In the production of high-end crucibles and shaped refractory materials, enterprises generally face challenges such as large fluctuations in batching accuracy, low efficiency in multi-formula switching, difficult-to-control dust pollution, and excessive reliance on manual labor. The Sihyde Automatic Crucible Batching System is deeply customized for this field, providing an automated solution that integrates high-precision metering, multi-silo modular flexible batching, and fully enclosed dust removal. Through a combined metering scheme and PLC intelligent control, the system helps customers significantly improve product qualification rates and build a green, intelligent modern production model.

In the refractory industry, sliding nozzle preforms place extremely high demands on raw material proportioning accuracy, line changeover efficiency, and environmental compliance standards. Many production lines still rely on manual operation, facing three major pain points: rigid recipe management, large weighing errors, and severe dust pollution. Sihyde's automated sliding nozzle preform batching production line adopts a non-standard customization approach, deriving equipment logic from customer processes. It integrates core capabilities including intelligent recipe linkage, two-stage weighing, arch breaking & anti-blocking, and dual-mode dust collection, delivering fourfold customer value: efficiency gain, quality improvement, cost reduction, and environmental compliance.

In refractory production, the breakage rate of magnesium‑carbon bricks and out‑of‑spec products represent a long‑term cost burden for manufacturers. Traditional waste handling methods are inefficient, generate significant dust, and struggle to ensure the particle size uniformity of recycled raw materials, directly affecting the quality of new bricks. The Sihyde automatic magnesium‑carbon brick crushing line is specifically designed for the efficient recovery and reuse of waste magnesium‑carbon bricks. Centred on a closed‑loop crushing system, the line integrates intelligent control, precise screening, and environmental dust removal technologies. The magnesium‑carbon brick crushing line can reprocess waste into recycled raw materials with qualified particle sizes, helping enterprises reduce raw material costs and achieve green production.

In high‑temperature industrial sectors such as steel and glass, refractories are critical to the safe operation of kilns. Traditional flat‑layout production lines suffer from large footprints and inefficient process connections. The Sihyde tower‑type batching line adopts a vertical layered design, concentrating storage, metering, batching, and mixing within a multi‑story building, allowing raw materials to flow downward by gravity. The line offers four core advantages – small footprint, high accuracy, fast throughput, and environmental excellence – helping refractory manufacturers upgrade their batching operations intelligently.

The pet economy continues to expand, and the market demand for cat litter is growing steadily. However, many manufacturers still struggle with problems such as batching deviations caused by manual operations, low production efficiency, and inconsistent product quality. Sihyde offers the cat litter automatic batching line, which is deeply adapted to various cat litter production processes and provides a full‑process automation solution from raw material handling to finished packaging. The line features three core advantages: multi‑category adaptability, high‑precision batching control, and fully enclosed environmental design, helping enterprises achieve cost reduction, quality improvement, and efficiency enhancement.
