Closed-loop feedback adjustment ensures dynamic metering error ≤ ±0.5%, accurately executes preset formulas, guarantees consistency of each batch, and controls taphole clay quality from the source.
III. Material Mixing & Kneading Equipment (Forming Key)
Core Process: After precise weighing, raw materials are first mixed preliminarily with binder in a high-efficiency planetary mixer supplied by Sihyde. Then they are strongly kneaded by a special edge miller, allowing the binder to fully infiltrate and coat aggregates, finally forming qualified clay with strong plasticity and high adhesion to meet forming requirements.
