Sihyde’s Unshaped Refractory Batching System is specifically designed for castables, dry-vibrating mixes, ramming mixes, and similar applications, offering a fully automated process solution from abrasion-resistant conveying and graded weighing to intelligent palletizing. The system delivers stable weighing accuracy of ±0.5% and supports customizable capacities ranging from 10,000 to 100,000 tons per year, helping manufacturers achieve precise, environmentally friendly, and efficient production for both high-hardness aggregates and ultrafine powders.

 

High-Hardness Aggregate Processing Module

Abrasion-Resistant Conveying Structure: For high-hardness materials such as high-alumina aggregates and corundum aggregates, the conveying and weighing sections employ wear-resistant materials and optimized structural designs, significantly extending equipment service life under extreme conditions and reducing maintenance downtime.

Graded Weighing Process: Based on differences in aggregate particle size and hardness, the system implements graded weighing to ensure that each aggregate grade is accurately dosed according to the recipe, fundamentally ensuring the stability of physical properties of the final refractory products.

Anti-Jamming Design: The feeding mechanism and hopper angles are optimized to effectively prevent large particles or hard aggregates from accumulating or bridging inside bins, ensuring continuous and smooth batching operations.

Enclosed Pneumatic Conveying: For ultrafine, dust-prone materials such as silicon carbide powder and alumina cement powder, a fully enclosed pneumatic conveying system is adopted to eliminate dust leakage and improve the workshop environment.

High-Precision Dosing Control: Combined with precision weighing and feed valve control, the system enables micro-accurate dosing of powders, ensuring that variations in their proportion do not interfere with the overall batch accuracy, thus stabilizing the high-temperature performance of the finished products.
