Bag tilting devices quickly flip and arrange material bags to ensure smooth subsequent transportation. Climbing + bag pressing conveyors easily overcome height differences to transport material bags stably to the designated height, while their bag pressing structure maintains the regular shape of the bags. 90° curve conveyors feature a precise steering design, enabling smooth turning of material bags without additional manual assistance and significantly saving workshop layout space. Shaping conveyors further flatten and shape the material bags, laying a solid foundation for the subsequent palletizing process. Palletizing-ready conveyors provide a stable material supply for palletizing robots, ensuring continuous and uninterrupted palletizing operations. The entire conveying system is made of high-quality wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant materials, suitable for the transportation of powder and mixture materials. It is also equipped with intelligent speed regulation and bag jamming prevention devices, ensuring stable and reliable operation and effectively reducing equipment failure rates.
Once materials are transported to the palletizing-ready area, palletizing robots officially take over the subsequent operations. Equipped with special robot grippers, they achieve precise grasping and efficient palletizing of material bags. Palletizing robots boast flexible operation postures and extremely high positioning accuracy. They can automatically adjust operation parameters according to different pallet specifications and palletizing modes (such as multi-layer cross stacking and neat stacking). Whether for standard pallets or customized pallets, they complete palletizing operations quickly with efficiency far exceeding manual work and high stacking neatness, effectively improving warehouse space utilization. Special robot grippers are designed for the characteristics of powder and mixture material bags: they provide firm and stable grasping without damaging the bags and feature adaptive adjustment functions to meet the grasping needs of material bags of different specifications.
To ensure production safety, the entire production line is equipped with professional fencing facilities that safely isolate key areas such as robot operation zones and conveying zones, effectively preventing safety accidents caused by non-operational personnel entering the work area by mistake. The fencing is made of high-strength materials, offering both protection and durability, and reserves convenient maintenance access to facilitate daily equipment maintenance and inspection.
