The Xinjiang site of the 2605 project has reported a milestone: the 8-silo automatic batching line custom-built by Sihyde for a repeat customer has completed installation. The line finished factory testing and quality inspection in Qingdao in early October and was loaded for shipment; the equipment arrived on site in module batches and was positioned in installation sequence. With installation complete, commissioning, operator training and accuracy calibration now follow the delivery process.

From Shipment to Installation: Milestones on Schedule
Factory milestone: In early October the complete line passed in-plant operation testing and quality inspection before loading, and was shipped to the Xinjiang site by road in module batches.
Site milestone: On arrival, the installation and commissioning team positioned the equipment in installation sequence; site installation is now complete.
Next milestones: Commissioning, operator training and accuracy calibration proceed in line with the delivery process, with calibration carried out under actual material conditions.
The 8-Silo Configuration: Zoning by Material Behavior, Separate Paths for Powder and Granules
Repeat-order background: The customer runs a 5-silo small automatic batching system from phase one; phase two expands to 8 silos for the added materials while keeping the same PLC control platform, so the interface and operating habits stay consistent.
Zoning and routing: Materials are stored in separate silos selected by differences in fluidity, bulk density and particle size; powder runs through long-bore feed screws with sidewall arch-breaking devices and air-fluidization arch breaking, while granules run on belt conveyors to avoid crushing by screw extrusion.
Metering and control: Multiple weighing hoppers weigh in parallel and accumulate, feeding material in recipe sequence and switching to the next material once the set value is reached; a PLC with HMI touch screen handles recipe editing and storage, out-of-tolerance alarms and production data export.
Enclosed Operation and Dust Collection Installed with the Line
Dedicated silo dust collectors: Each silo has its own dust collector, and negative pressure forms inside the silo during filling so that dust does not escape.
Dust returned to the silo: Dust captured by the collectors is recovered automatically by pulse-jet back-blowing and returned to the silos, so material neither falls to the floor nor is discarded.
Enclosed line: Apart from the manual feeding ports, the whole line runs enclosed, and dust from the mixing stage is handled by the same dust collection system.
The Second Milestone on a Repeat-Order Line
From 5 silos to 8: Phase two does not copy the phase-one drawings; it reselects equipment according to the behavior of the added materials, which is why the customer placed a second order.
Installation is only the starting point: Batch performance will be judged by production data after commissioning and calibration; the configuration logic only proves itself once the line runs on site.
Project updates to follow: We will keep reporting through the trial-production milestone once commissioning and calibration are complete.
