In industries such as refractories, powder metallurgy, and rubber and plastic products, raw material batching often faces challenges like limited space and the need to balance supply among multiple silos. Traditional fixed batching equipment is frequently constrained by plant layout and struggles to flexibly meet production demands involving multiple raw materials and various formulations. The mobile trolley system launched by Sihyde Automation offers a highly adaptable solution for workshop batching processes, featuring flexible single-row/double-row arrangement, self-contained weighing hopper with multi-silo stop capability, and automated docking and discharging. The system supports various positioning methods including laser navigation and magnetic navigation, with batching accuracy reaching ±0.5% F.S. to ±1% F.S., effectively reducing manual labor intensity while improving production efficiency and product quality consistency.
Layout and Navigation Module
Plant adaptability: Raw material silos can be arranged in single or double rows, flexibly adapting to different shapes and floor areas of plant spaces without requiring extensive modifications to existing workshops.
Navigation and positioning: The trolley travels along preset paths using laser navigation or magnetic navigation systems, ensuring route accuracy and positioning precision.
Multi-silo stops: The trolley can stop at multiple silos to measure and load different raw materials.
Weighing and Control Module
Weighing accuracy: Batching accuracy reaches ±0.5% F.S. to ±1% F.S., suitable for production processes with moderate speed and precision requirements.
Weighing principle: The trolley carries a weighing hopper to complete automatic weighing. The system automatically controls the loading amount according to recipe settings and stops feeding upon reaching the target value.
Cross-floor adaptability: Can be paired with a lifting platform according to customer process requirements to enable material transport and weighing between floors.
Discharging and Signal Module
Automatic docking discharging: After completing weighing, the trolley automatically arrives at one or more designated discharge ports; when downstream equipment is equipped with automatic valves, automatic docking discharging can be achieved through telescopic pipes.
Signal feedback mechanism: After discharging is completed, a task completion signal is sent to the central control unit, which records production data and updates task status.
Seamless task handover: The trolley returns to the standby point or directly proceeds to the next task as instructed, continuing batching and transport operations.

Self-Check and Monitoring Module
Start-up self-check process: After system startup, the trolley enters standby mode and performs a comprehensive self-check of sensors, drive units, communication systems, and other components to ensure all parts are functioning properly.
Operational status monitoring: Real-time monitoring of trolley operation and batching status during transport.
Fault emergency mechanism: In case of a fault, the system immediately initiates emergency response procedures for troubleshooting and, if necessary, notifies manual intervention.
