The system integrates 30 standardized silos, accommodating materials of varying densities such as high-alumina clinker and silica fume. Stable material conveyance is achieved through a combination of level sensors, vibrators, and pneumatic cleaning devices. To address the challenge of lightweight, ultra-fine materials prone to floating, disc feeders and pneumatic control valves are employed to ensure metering precision. A dual-stage speed regulation strategy (coarse feeding via screw conveyor + fine adjustment via vibrating feeder) is employed. Combined with 0.5‰ precision pressure sensors and Siemens PLC closed-loop feedback, dynamic error is controlled within ±0.5%, guaranteeing consistent product formulation for every batch.

Sealed Dust Suppression + Flexible Production Line, Redefining the Manufacturing Environment

From silos to packaging, the system establishes a fully isolated physical barrier. Combined with pulse-jet dust collectors and directional suction via galvanized ductwork, dust leakage is minimized, creating a dust-free workshop. The central control platform supports simultaneous production of 30 raw materials, shortening formula changeover times and reducing manual intervention. It flexibly adapts to diverse scenarios like steel smelting furnaces and catalytic cracking furnaces.

Deep Technical Integration, Empowering Long-Term Value

The system deeply integrates refractory material processing characteristics: aggregate silos employ high-frequency vibration forced discharge, while powder silos feature WAM real-time level monitoring and pneumatic disc flow assistance to resolve bridging and blockage issues. Robotic palletizing integrates open-mouth bagging machines with Estun single-gripper robots, achieving automated 25kg/bag sewing and intelligent sorting, significantly boosting ton-bag palletizing efficiency. Critical components like rotary buckets and hoppers are constructed from stainless steel to prevent iron contamination and extend equipment lifespan.
