This system is custom-designed to automatically stack small pre-packaged bags into larger, transport-friendly units, including both palletized and ton-bag packaging formats.
The system primarily comprises a belt conveyor, inclined conveyor, shaping unit, compression unit, bag accumulation station, industrial robot, robotic gripper, small-to-ton bag transfer unit, and safety fencing.
It is widely applied in industries such as refractory materials, building materials, chemicals, and food processing.
Capable of handling bag weights ranging from 25 kg to 50 kg, the system efficiently stacks them into ton bags or onto pallets, with a maximum throughput of up to 850 bags per hour.
